A movement powered by Sell Right Asia
Anyone can fold one. Together we make it fly.
Every youth who learns, passes it on.
Sell It Forward teaches youths in Children's Homes a skill that earns, before they step out on their own. We are inviting local business owners to build it with us.
Move around. They will chase your plane.

Giving back is part of the build, never an afterthought.
We run Sell Right Asia, where we build sales teams the honest, consultative way. Along the way we kept meeting people whose income vanished with one job, because their only skill was tied to that job.
In 2025, 14,490 workers were retrenched in Singapore. Behind many of those numbers is a parent. The people who recover fastest can create income. They can sell.
So we asked a simple question. If selling is a skill that carries anywhere, why wait until we are big to teach it to the youths who need it most? Teaching them should happen along the way, together.
Build a community, build a better society.

At 21, care ends. The bills begin.
Homes are built for care and protection. Somebody still has to add the skill that pays the rent.
Many leave without a bank account or a job. Many choose work over finishing their studies, just to get by.

What already exists, and it matters
Life skills and housing
Programmes that prepare youths to live on their own.
Vocational trades
Coffee, kitchen, and hospitality training for at-risk youth.
Pitching ideas
Entrepreneurship classes where youths pitch business ideas to judges.
We found no programme in Singapore that teaches youths leaving care to sell, practised with real customers, before they leave the Home.

30 days. One skill that earns. A bazaar they run themselves.
A free sales programme for youths aged 16 to 20 who are preparing to live independently. Free for the youths, and free for the Home.

Mindset first
Purpose, self-belief, and honesty as a strength. Then the Core 8: the same sales foundations we teach working sales teams, in short sessions with role-play before real conversations.
The bazaar
Their own table, their own products, real customers. "Too expensive." "I'll think about it." Handled live, the way they practised. A graduation, not a sales event. Sell Right Asia earns nothing from it.
Pass it on
Graduates come back to coach the next group. For those who want more, there is a pathway to certification and job placement. If placement fees ever apply, companies pay, never the youth.
Why a paper plane
Anyone can fold one
Anywhere, for free. A Home, a school, a CEO. It is also how every youth leaves the Home: launched into the world.
It goes forward
The skill travels from one youth to the next. Whoever learns it teaches it.
It takes many hands
Homes, schools, and businesses across Southeast Asia behind one cause: a skill that earns, for every youth.
Dignity comes first
No faces or names of youths are shared without written consent from the Home. The photos on this page are stock photos.
Fold a plane. Write who gave you your first break. Pass it on.
Nothing is saved or sent. The plane just flies.Business owners, this is your invitation.
We are two people with a method and a paper plane. You have a floor, a team, a product, a story. Put together, that is a first break for a young person.
Show up at a bazaar
Come as a customer. Ask real questions. Let a young seller handle a real objection.
Share your floor
Host a visit, a shadowing day, or a short work stint so the skill meets a real workplace.
Tell your story
Spend one session with a cohort. How you started, what selling taught you, who gave you your first break.
Open a door
Know a Home, a school, or another owner who should hear this? An introduction is a plane passed on.
We are not collecting donations. Sell It Forward is a movement and not a registered charity, so please do not send funds. What moves this forward is your time, your skills, and your doors.
Flight log
We are at the start, and we will document the journey openly. This is where it will land.
Episodes
Short stories from our time with each Home and school.
Photos
Only pictures the Homes have approved for sharing.
Testimonials
In the words of the Homes, the partners, and the youths who choose to speak.

We are building Sell Right Asia from the ground up. Its line is "Selling, done right." Sell It Forward is how we make sure that includes the youths who need it most.
